Cornerstone #3 Behaviour, Learning Support Best Practices and Transition Planning

Cornerstone #3 will take place on Friday, April 17, 2026, from 8:30am - 3:00pm.

This session will focus on understanding and supporting student behaviour through a strengths-based lens, implementing inclusive learning support practices, and planning effective transitions for students with diverse abilities and disabilities. This session will highlight proactive strategies, collaboration frameworks, and tools to ensure consistency and continuity in student support across grade levels and school settings. Participants will engage with current CISVA practices, relevant Ministry guidance, and practical resources that promote student success and well-being.

All school Learning Support Teachers K-12 are strongly encouraged to participate.
